Free estimates are provided for new installations and system replacements. Diagnostic fees apply for repair calls and are disclosed prior to service.</p><p>Estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on actual job conditions discovered during service.</p><h2>Warranty Information</h2><p>Our workmanship is backed by a limited warranty on labor. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product. Specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of installation or repair.</p><p>Emergency service calls are prioritized based on severity and availability. While we strive for rapid response times, we do not guarantee specific arrival times for non-emergency service calls.</p><h2>Limitation of Liability</h2><p>In no event shall we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services.</p><p>Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.</p><h2>Governing Law</h2><p>These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
